October 3… I am scheduled to participate and present at the IMQ Technical Meeting, to be held at SKY PLAZA KIT, Kyoto Institute of Technology, Kyoto, Japan, on October 23, 2026.
October 1… My extended abstract has been accepted for presentation at The 30th International Workshop on Advanced Image Technology (IWAIT2027).
September 27… I participated in the 2026 Joint Conference of Hokuriku Chapters of Electrical and Information Societies (JHES2026), held online (hosted by JAIST) on September 26. I also contributed to the conference organization by serving as a Session Chair (G13. Image Recognition, Media Understanding, and Graphics 2).
September 26… I have finished participation and presentation on September 24, 2026 in IEICE Society Conference held at Hokkaido University on September 23-25, 2026.
September 20… I participated in the IEEE International Conference on Image Processing (ICIP2026), one of the world’s premier international conferences on image processing, held at Tampere Hall, Tampere, Finland, from September 13 to 17. I also gave a presentation at the Computational Color Imaging Workshop (a satellite workshop within ICIP2026) on September 17.
September 5… I participated in the 25th Forum on Information Technology (FIT2026), held at the Kitakyushu Science and Research Park (collaboratively hosted by The University of Kitakyushu, Kyushu Institute of Technology, and Waseda University) from September 2 to 4. I presented in both the Selected Papers Session and the Interactive Session on September 2.
August 31… I am scheduled to participate and present at the 2026 IEEE 15th Global Conference on Consumer Electronics (GCCE2026), which will be held at the Kobe International Conference Center, Kobe, Japan, from October 26 to 29. (The exact presentation schedule is to be determined.)
August 29… I participated in the 2026 ITE Annual Convention held at Kyushu Sangyo University, Fukuoka, Japan, from August 26 to 28, and gave a presentation on August 28.

April 1… As of today, I have been appointed as a Research Collaborator at the Emerging Media Initiative, Kanazawa University. I have also resumed my activities as the Principal Investigator of the Computational Imaging Lab. My current research includes developing digital archives for historical materials to support Museum Digital Transformation (DX) and secure utilization technologies, alongside signal and media processing based on computer science.
